ADAM-rWBC2 is a precise, automated optical system capable of fluorescent image analysis. ADAM-rWBC2 use propidium iodide (PI) staining.
The ADAM-rWBC2 automatically focuses on the slide and the stained cells are taken by the movement of the automatic X-Y stage.
The ADAM-rWBC2 analyzes and reports a result in using integral image analysis software.
By averaging results, ADAM-rWBC2 produces accurate counting results in the analysis of low concentration of leukoreduced blood products.
