Inside incubator with JuLI™ Stage
 

“You can do experiments without any limitation inside your incubator. 


JuLI™ Stage is a fully-automated real-time cell imaging system that directly acquires cell images from numerous cell culture plates (6 up to 384 wells) and dished in an incubator. JuLI Stage supports the multi-channel fluorescent colors (GFP, RFP, DAPI) and multiple objective lens (4X, 10X and 20X), and the sensitive filter-based optics are optimized for live cell assays. It also enables users to obtain the quantified cell confluence results with low variation and the growth curve using image-based analysis with a bright field.

It saves you a lot of time and hard work and helps for real-time monitoring and the optimal time point.








The compact design of JuLI Stage allows it to be installed and operated In a standard incubator. 
During an experiments (from hours to weeks), control and data access can be accessible from the computer (included) 
outside the incubator.

Cell imaging system

JuLI Stage is designed to get time-lapse images in the multiple positions, which user selected.

- Observe cells in real time and record a cell history from beginning until the end.

- Save time with a fully automatic time-lapse image function.

2) Stitching Option: Easy to acquire a whole well stitching image with stitching function
3) Z-Stack Imaging (Z-axis): acquire high-quality images from Z-stack focus option
